Las redes sociales son una excelente plataforma de difusión, también para las marcas. Pero triunfar como marca en la red social Twitter es una tarea de lo más complicada, a no ser que las marcas aprendan a utilizar la baza del humor.

La red social de noticias cortas Twitter, con sus 240 millones de usuarios supone un campo de juego ideal para las marcas, siempre y cuando sepan adaptarse a la brevedad y estilo adecuado para acercarse a los consumidores.

Muchas marcas han sabido adaptar la fórmula correcta a sus campañas de Twitter, acercándose a los usuarios mediante bromas en vez de vendiendo productos.
